collard update:
after looking up a recipe online, I braised the leeks in butter then added the greens and some chicken stock, not much, and salt and pepper.
then I garnished them with parmesan cheese.
they were good!
*then* I read all your advice and I’m happy to have some great recipes to try next time. thanks guys! they were pretty easy to cook after all.
we’re having other stuff too…not just collard greens.
do i chop it up? i’m planning on braising it with leeks…?? i dunno.

i want to be more like my kid sister. she’s the best person ever. she’s unselfish, kind and gentle and i have never ever heard her speak ill of anyone. it’s pretty amazing.
one of my favorite things in the world is laughing with her. and cuddling. she’s very cuddly.
i am so lucky to know her.

On long lost loves
